Hello to you All, This week, our sound healing video “SIREN” got polished and completed. We shot this in late July with @Haleynicholephoto, edited it through Aug and Sept, and now it’s ready for YOU! <3 This Youtube playlist is intended to create healing for our chaotic world for FREE. Simply press play at home or work and leave on in the background while you work or relax. OR sit and watch the whole thing! SIREN is our summer creature who brings you a challenge: how do we find our center when the world around us is chaotic? Feel free to share with anyone you think could use 15min of zen. Oh and ~ if you like or comment it really helps spread the love

Enjoy this 22 min journey to Narnia to honor the energies of 2026 Fall Equinox, aka Mabon <3 #soundhealer #soundhealing #polefortheglobe

Dearest ATREYU and Beyond, This is a special Sound Healing journey crafted for public use and healing. Enjoy 28mins of calming visuals and sound to soothe your weary summer soul. Today is August 1st ~ which in the Northern Hemisphere is called Lughnasadh/Lammas, a special time to recognize the shifting days of summer turning to fall. It is first harvest! This is a sacred time. The next in-person Sound Event is August 5th at 6pm right on the beach of Lake Tahoe! Come and find us for an immersive experience to soak up this special energy. Details on Eventbrite. Oh and we just donated $98 to One Tree Planted for June – which means 98 more trees now exist in this world because of this

Every 6 weeks, we release Sound Journeys to Narnia for your aural delight. Enjoy this sound meditation from late June until August 1st, when the wheel turns yet again to another season. For now we celebrate summer’s abundance, creativity, cleansing, healing, warmth, and solar powered energy!!! Of course those of you in the Southern Hemisphere are in Midwinter, and focus is on an internal, quieter flame. Yet by recognizing our shared pole (we are on the same central spinning axis here on earth), we are uniting across the globe! This is what Pole for the Globe is all about <3 We explore various animal energies and summer deities in this journey. Click the link to read more about which energies we are invoking this Summer

…and it’s a Sound Healing journey in honor of Beltane!! Beltane season is May 1st – June 20th this year. We put together a symphony of Narnia sounds with a guided meditation that takes you to a special realm. This is what we live for! Enjoy as a one time purchase or sign up for the Whirling Dervish tier to get regular access every month. XoxoxFeatherrrrrr

Dearest ATREYU, I’m so proud of this thing we made. My fellow mermaid Iara Mandyn and I, plus our amazing photographer/videographer, Haley Nichole, all came together in a secret cove a few months ago to create something. With my sound healing tools, and our combined skills, we made a video for you to reset your mind (linked above). Please enjoy the vibes, share it with friends, and like/comment to add fuel to the fire. Without you, this project simply would not be possible <3 xoxoxo Featherrrrr

Hello ATREYU, You might’ve seen that our Public Lands are again going up for sale, but there’s not a ton of media coverage about it, so I thought I’d put it on blast here! I feel weird making phone calls sometimes, but usually they just ask you to leave a Voicemail, which is pretty easy when you have a script. I use the 5calls app and it’s super easy! There’s a way to EMAIL about this issue, rather than call too: https://kiley.house.gov/contact Let’s use our voices together and protect our lands from being sold off!!! xxoxoo Featherpistol

Dearest ATREYU, Lately, I realized I’d lost myself again. I lost my enjoyment of each day striving for some future goal, and I slowly began withering inside. Until it all became too much. Yesterday, I tuned into how I felt in my body while I had to do yet another task for work/someone else/the future, and I realized my chest sort of ached. Like my chest area, from ribs to collar bones, was hurting. My bodyspace. Then came the treatment. I read some spiritual reading on EFT, and I started tapping. I focused on a mantra that felt like nourishment for my soul. I found the elements of earth, air, fire, water and added in ether, wood, and metal for the sheer joy of it.

I am always wondering about calling out corporate polluters, such as oil companies and plastic producers, and how best to do that.  I want to do this on IG.  I think it would be so FUN! ((Insert evil laugh Muwahahahaaaa!!!))   I have tried calling these companies out on IG before – but with only my voice it falls short.  What we need is a round of voices, and something that can be easily shared and chimed in on.  Would you like me to set up  an IG “phone tree”?  Where I start us off and tag 5 of you in my IG Story, then I would tag 5 more, and so on, until we get to all of us (those who are willing) in
